Textron Aviation has added Europe-based Beechcraft King Airs to the aircraft covered by the company’s ProCAMO maintenance and support program.

From 28 October 2014, the European Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) is expanding the scope of Europe-based aircraft that must use a Continuing Airworthiness Management Organisation (CAMO) to receive an annual Airworthiness Review Certificate. Under the revised EASA regulations, King Airs are now included in CAMO requirements.

ProCAMO, available for Europe-based Cessna Citations, Hawkers, and now all Beechcraft King Airs, is part of Textron Aviation╒s ProAdvantage family of support programs. It provides European operators comprehensive continuing airworthiness support including maintenance forecasting, planning and scheduling to minimize aircraft downtime, and management of technical records and logbooks.

All six Textron Aviation Service Centres in Europe – Doncaster, Dusseldorf, Paris, Prague, Valencia and Zurich – are certified by EASA to offer CAMO services.
